Racers are expected to conduct themselves in a civil manner. If there is a conflict at the track it is expected that the parties involved inform the staff at Dave's and let them resolve the problem. We won't tolerate fighting or verbal abuse of any kind. We also do not tolerate berating the corner marshalls.
Novice:
We treat novice as a "run what you brung" type class in order to promote newcomers to enter the world of organized RC racing.
Stock Truck & Buggy:
Motor - 17.5 brushless or 27 turn brushed
Tire - J Concepts Double Dees must be run in the rear
Battery - 6 cell NiMH or 2 cell LiPo
Mod Truck & Buggy:
Motor - Unlimited
Tire - Open
Battery - Open
Mod 4wd Buggy
Motor - Unlimited
Tire - Open
Battery - Open
Stock Short Course:
Motor - 17.5 brushless or 27 turn brushed (motors included in box stock RTR are ok to run such as the Traxxas Titan 12t as these motors performance does not exceed after market 27 turn motor performance)
Tire - Open as long as it is a specifically designed SC tire/wheel combo. No 1/8th scale buggy tires.
Battery - 6 cell NiMH or 2 cell LiPo
Body - Must cover tires
Mod Short Course:
Motor - Unlimited
Tire - Open short course specific tire/wheel combo
Battery - Open
Body - Must cover tires
